Grata surpresa em local onde é muito difícil não sair satisfeito. Em espaço na Zona Norte, avenida Sertório, com fachada até meio discreta e acanhada no interior do Norte Shop, pequeno centro de compras. Uma composição de buffet a quilo onde as proteínas se destacam fácil. Perfeitas peças de picanha e salmão grelhadas, além do saboroso filé junto aos pratos quentes. Dois risotos, onde o primeiro provado desperta a vontade de provar o segundo. Sobremesas também a quilo, com o popular red velvet entregando sabor. Tendo uma fachada e entrada discreta pra quem vê de longe, surpreende com um grande espaço e muita luz natural por entorno envidraçado. Boa disposição de mesas, organizado e de fácil circulação. Buffet disposto em ilha de saladas e quentes, de sobremesas, grelhados e balcão individual para feijoada. Mesmo em área delimitada para circulação com pesagem na saída, tranquilidade para escolhas. Tradicional e cordial bem-vindo à entrada, simpatia no balcão de pagamentos e pontualmente eficiente no serviço de mesa. Equipe em bom número de colaboradores. Buffet somente a quilo. E a 115,00 em sábados e 110,00 durante a semana, fácil parecer caro se não houver controle sobre a gula, já que tem muita qualidade e sabor no que entrega. Estacionamento no pátio em frente com bom número de vagas descobertas, e de fácil acesso pela avenida Sertório.

Gosto muito do Artezano. A comida é maravilhosa e o ambiente agradável. O atendimento é muito bom, são todos muito queridos, exceto a moça de cabelo rosa que fica no caixa. Acho o atendimento dela muito seco e nada agradável.
